Summer break is over and it’s time to get the kids back in to their school-year routine! Bed times are earlier, play time is shorter, and the television is off for school work. How do you get your kids back in to the routine with minimum resistance and a smooth transition? The main trick is to start early. The day before school is not the time to wind down. Try taking the last 2 weeks or at least the last week of summer break and make it in to your practice session! Try some…or all, of these tips!

When Alex was a baby, I thought that she was constantly cranky because that’s how babies are. Little did I know that what she was suffering from was Colic. Hi Everyone,
I decided to write this article after running a bunch of errands yesterday and meeting a young lady with a serious problem. She was about 17 or so, I met her in the checkout line of the grocery store. I noticed, while standing behind her, that she seemed super insecure considering that most teenagers are all over the place and always glowing. She made eye contact for only a second, long enough for me to see what the problem was. She had one of the most severe cases of acne I have ever seen before.

So, the night before last was the second time I’ve had a chance to watch “To Catch A Predator”. Once again, I love Chris Hansen and think it is so funny how he gets that daddy look everytime he approaches one of these sickos! Sometimes, it almost seems like he wants to laugh at the things these guys say, other times I think he’s about to punch someone out!

Bathing a baby may seem like a no brainer, but there are several things to keep in mind.
According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, sponge baths are the best option for babies that have no yet lost their umbilical cord stump. Also, newborns do not need to be bathed every day as constant bathing can cause dry skin and can potentially increase the chance of your baby getting sick due to weak immune systems. For the most part, it is okay to just give a simple sponge bath.

Shopping for cute little baby shoes is so much fun! Now that we have more access to shoe stores online, it is important to know the sizes of shoes in UK and in European sizes as they compare with US sizes. With this chart, you will be able to shop at any online shoe store and find the size that is right for your little one. Keep in mind that children’s feet grow quickly and that each brand and style may be slightly off. I always purchase shoes for my growing little ones that are a half a size larger than what I think they wear. This is will give you a little extra time between shoe purchases and will ensure that the shoes you buy online aren’t too small. If they are too big, then you will have a pair of shoes for the near future, but shoes that are too small are of no use.

Eventually, every child will ask their parents for a pet, or an additional pet. Your child has probably already thought very hard about which kind of pet they want and what they want to name it.
