I would rather take an herb over a pill any day. It seems that everything we need is already in nature and in the best possible form, so I avoid taking pills that are engineered to do the same things that nature has already provided. That said, I have found that there are quite a few herbs that pregnant women need to avoid. When I learned of this, I went online and searched around for these herbs. I found that (thankfully) I wasn’t taking anything that I shouldn’t be taking while pregnant, but for everyone else out there, I’ve condensed everything I have found in to a quick go-to list for you to review.

For me, this product is the best thing to come out since the bottle! They are available everywhere and are inexpensive considering how long they can be used for! I received my first Boppy pillow from a friend of mine a couple of weeks before having my first child. With all the stuff I had received, the pillow ended up in the back of the baby’s closet for an entire month. When I finally saw it and pulled it out, I loved how much nicer it made breast feeding!
