Summer break is over and it’s time to get the kids back in to their school-year routine! Bed times are earlier, play time is shorter, and the television is off for school work. How do you get your kids back in to the routine with minimum resistance and a smooth transition? The main trick is to start early. The day before school is not the time to wind down.
