Hi Everyone,
I decided to write this article after running a bunch of errands yesterday and meeting a young lady with a serious problem. She was about 17 or so, I met her in the checkout line of the grocery store. I noticed, while standing behind her, that she seemed super insecure considering that most teenagers are all over the place and always glowing. She made eye contact for only a second, long enough for me to see what the problem was. She had one of the most severe cases of acne I have ever seen before.

I would rather take an herb over a pill any day. It seems that everything we need is already in nature and in the best possible form, so I avoid taking pills that are engineered to do the same things that nature has already provided. That said, I have found that there are quite a few herbs that pregnant women need to avoid. When I learned of this, I went online and searched around for these herbs. I found that (thankfully) I wasn’t taking anything that I shouldn’t be taking while pregnant, but for everyone else out there, I’ve condensed everything I have found in to a quick go-to list for you to review.

Growing your own veggies can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. I have (tried to) grow all kinds of veggies and have found these 4 to be the easiest to grow…even for me! The best part of growing your own veggies is that they taste great and they are so much cheaper to grow than to buy! Try these vegetables in your garden this year, they are easier to take care of and are so pretty in your garden!

Every year I look forward to getting outside and getting dirty in the garden. What I don’t look forward to is my tomatoes rotting on the ground, rabbits helping themselves to my all-you-can-eat-buffet garden, and the ridiculous amount of bugs that impose their gross bug eggs on my veggies!

So, the night before last was the second time I’ve had a chance to watch “To Catch A Predator”. Once again, I love Chris Hansen and think it is so funny how he gets that daddy look everytime he approaches one of these sickos! Sometimes, it almost seems like he wants to laugh at the things these guys say, other times I think he’s about to punch someone out!
